Free checklist
12 points for a pitch that holds the room.
An investor room decides within seconds whether it is listening or checking its phone. This checklist is what I apply as an actor and stage director: voice, silence, structure, opening, key number, call to action, questions.
The 12 points
Each point is explained in the checklist, with a test you can run alone, standing up, before your next pitch.
- Decide what the room must do after you
- Own the first twenty seconds
- Tell a thread, not a list
- Set the problem before the solution
- One key number, said alone
- Use silence as punctuation
- Work the voice, not only the text
- One look, one sentence
- Anchor the body, free the hands
- Rehearse standing, out loud, timed
- End on a precise ask
- Prepare the questions like a second act
The detail of each point (the advice and its test) arrives by email.

Final act
The curtain rises in 20 minutes.
Book your diagnostic. We'll look at your pitch together, and you'll leave with a clear plan, whether you work with me or not.
