Pitch coaching for founders: fundraising, demo day, jury
You have a date. Let's build the pitch that holds up on the day.
An investor, a jury or a client will listen to you for a few minutes, then decide. I write your pitch with you, in English you can say with ease, then rehearse it with you until it holds, questions included. Five sessions, €890 all included.
- 5 h
- of one-to-one coaching, in five sessions
- 2–5 min
- script written with you, revised twice
- 15 days
- of follow-up after the last session
Who it's for
For people with a pitch to win, not a class to attend.
Founders raising money
Pre-seed, seed, Series A, angels: you have meeting after meeting, and you want each one to bring you closer to closing.
Startups in an incubator or accelerator
A demo day, a selection round, an admission committee: three to five minutes, a room, and dozens of projects before and after yours.
Non-native speakers pitching in English
Your English is good in meetings. On stage, under pressure, sentences get longer and your presence drops. That is what we fix.
Leaders facing a key client
A tender defense, a decisive meeting, a partnership: the decision is made in the room, on how you carry the project.
It's not for you if…
- you want accent or pronunciation training: an accent coach will serve you better
- you're looking for a designer for your slides: we work on what you say, the slides follow
- you have no deadline or audience in sight yet: The Speaker program is a better fit
Situations
You don't pitch an investor the way you pitch a jury.
We start from the real situation: who is listening, for how long, and what you need from them at the end.
Fundraising
What is at stake
Ten to twenty minutes, then as many questions. Investors aren't trying to understand every detail of your product: they're asking whether this team can go all the way, and whether the market is worth their check.
What we work on
- A story that leads to the ask: problem, solution, traction, team, amount and use of funds
- Numbers said simply, one per sentence
- The hard questions prepared: valuation, competition, burn, why now
Incubator or accelerator demo day
What is at stake
Three to five minutes on the clock, on stage, mic in hand. The audience has seen twenty projects before yours: you have fifteen seconds to exist.
What we work on
- An opening that grabs attention before the first slide
- One strong idea, one proof, one ask
- Timing held to within ten seconds, demo included, with a plan B if it crashes
Competition, jury, investment committee
What is at stake
The jury scores you on a grid: team, market, innovation, feasibility. They've read your file; they want to see you carry it, and they'll ask about what's missing.
What we work on
- A pitch built on the jury's grid, not on your slide order
- Short answers to the expected questions, calm ones to the others
- The stance of a founder, not of a candidate asking for permission
Client meeting, tender defense
What is at stake
Several decision-makers around the table, a competitor who presented yesterday. They will remember the team that understood their problem, not the one with the most slides.
What we work on
- A story that starts from their problem, not from your company
- Clear roles when you present as a team
- An ending that states the next step plainly
An international audience
What is at stake
Foreign investors, a global program, an export client: they hear a lot of pitches in English, often from non-native speakers. Clarity and rhythm set you apart, not a perfect accent.
What we work on
- A script written for your spoken English: short sentences, words you say without effort
- Rhythm and pauses, which matter more than accent
- Q&A rehearsed until you answer without translating in your head
How it works
Five sessions, from first draft to dress rehearsal.
Five one-hour sessions, online, spaced to fit your deadline: over three weeks if you have time, over a few days if the date is close. Every session is recorded.
Before
20 min, freeThe diagnostic
You tell me about the project, the audience and the date. We check together that The Pitch is the right format; if it isn't, I'll say so.
Session 1
60 minWhere you stand
You give me your current pitch, as is, in real conditions. I listen the way your audience will, then we go through it: what lands, what gets lost, what is missing. We set what the pitch must achieve.
You leave withYour three priorities, in writing
Between sessions 1 and 2
The writing
From our conversations, I write the first draft of your script, for the ear: sentences you can say, a thread people follow without the slides. You get it before session 2.
You leave withYour script, first draft
Session 2
60 minStructure and story
We read the script out loud and cut everything that doesn't sound like you. We set the opening, the story that makes the project obvious, the proof, and the ask at the end.
You leave withFirst round of script revisions
Session 3
60 minPresence
The actor's tools: breathing, grounding, voice, eye contact. We work standing, on camera, until you own the space without thinking about it. You leave with exercises to do every day.
You leave withYour personalized exercises
Session 4
60 minThe script disappears
You stop reciting: you talk. We set the rhythm, the pauses, the slide changes and the demo. The script is locked at the end of the session.
You leave withYour final script, second revision
Session 5
60 minDress rehearsal
The full pitch, on the clock, as on the day. Then the questions: I play the investor or the juror, including the one who interrupts. We also prepare for the unexpected: less time, a crashed demo, an empty room.

Before you book, your pitch questions.
Will you work on my accent or pronunciation?
No, and that's deliberate. Your English is very likely good enough. What makes a pitch land is structure, story, presence and rhythm, and that's what we work on.
Are the sessions in English or French?
In the language you will pitch in. If French helps you think something through, we can switch at any moment, then take it back into English.
My pitch is in ten days. Is it too late?
No. The five sessions can be condensed into a few days. Mention your date when you book the diagnostic: we'll focus on what will make the biggest difference on the day.
Do you really write the pitch for me?
With you. I draft the script from our conversations, then we revise it twice until it sounds like you, not like something memorized.
Do you design the slides too?
I don't design them, but we work on them: what to keep, what to cut, when to change slides. What you say comes first, the slides follow.
Can we prepare the pitch with two or three co-founders?
Yes: we split the roles and the handovers, and each of you works on their part. Mention it in the diagnostic so we can adapt the sessions.

Getting started
20 minutes to see where you stand.
The diagnostic is free, with no commitment. You leave with concrete next steps, whether you work with me or not.
You present
The project, the audience, the date. If you already have a pitch, you give it to me.
I respond
What works, what's holding you back, and what to work on first.
We decide
The right format and a schedule that fits before your date. Or nothing, if you're ready.
Send your deck or a video of your current pitch when you book: I watch it before we talk.
