Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, transmission or distortion, in whole or in part, of the site or its content, by any means and on any medium, without Léo Barcet's prior express permission is prohibited and constitutes infringement under Articles L335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

5.1 Data collected

Through the contact form, the qualification assistant and booking:

• first and last name;
• email address;
• phone number (optional);
• your message and answers (project, deadline, needs);
• the site your first visit came from and the first page viewed (see Article 6).

Through the "12-point investor pitch checklist" form: your email address, the version of the site you requested it from and the date of the request, which serves as proof of your consent. This address is also forwarded by email to Léo Barcet, who may write to you to follow up on your request. To ask for your address to be erased (site database and Léo Barcet's inbox), write to contact@thepitchyouneed.com.

The site also records anonymous usage events (page view, button click, assistant opened, form submitted): the date, the site version, the page, the country and, where there is one, only the domain name of the site you came from. No IP address, no identifier and no cookie is recorded with these events, which cannot identify you. They are kept for 13 months, then deleted automatically.

5.2 Purposes

• answering your requests and arranging the diagnostic call;
• sending you the checklist you asked for, with your agreement given by ticking the box on the form;
• delivering the services ordered;
• accounting and invoicing;
• measuring site traffic and usage anonymously (events above).

Messages written in the site assistant are analysed by an artificial intelligence model (TypeSafe) to understand your needs and suggest a suitable offer. This analysis makes no decision that binds you: next steps are always decided with Léo Barcet.

No data is sold or used for advertising.

5.3 Recipients and processors

Data is only accessible to Léo Barcet and his technical providers: Cloudflare (hosting, traffic measurement and anonymous usage statistics), Resend (sending emails), TypeSafe (analysis of messages written in the site assistant), zcal (booking) and the payment provider chosen when ordering. Some are established in the United States.

5.4 Retention

Contact data is kept for no more than 2 years after your last interaction with the site or with Léo Barcet. Client data is kept for the duration of the service, then 2 years after the last interaction; accounting records for 10 years, as required by law. Checklist requests (email address, site version, date) are kept for 2 years at most, then deleted automatically; they are used only to send you the checklist once and to prove your consent. Anonymous usage events are kept for 13 months.

5.5 Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to contact@thepitchyouneed.com.

The site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. Traffic measurement (Cloudflare Web Analytics) sets no cookie and cannot identify you.

The lp_edition cookie remembers the language and region you chose. The lp_src cookie records, for 90 days, the site your first visit came from (search engine, social network, link) and the first page you viewed. It contains no personal data and is only read if you write to me through the site's form, so I know how you found me. You can delete these cookies at any time in your browser settings.
