Public speaking coaching for executives and founders
You speak every week. Three months to make it a strength.
Conferences, team meetings, panels, clients: when speaking is part of the job, a good pitch is no longer enough. I coach you on your real talks, in English even when it isn't your first language, so that each one lands and you can prepare the next ones on your own.

- 10 h
- of one-to-one coaching
- 3 months
- with a 30-min check-in every week
- 45 min
- keynote or speech written with you
Who it's for
For people whose voice is part of the job.
Startup and SME leaders
You speak to your teams, clients, partners, sometimes the press. Every time you speak, the company speaks.
Founders and experts on stage
You get invited to conferences, panels, podcasts. You say yes, and you want it to show, in the right way.
Managers of international teams
You lead in English, often as a non-native speaker, with people from several cultures. You need to be clear, and followed.
People who keep saying no
You manage fine in meetings, but you turn down bigger stages. The program is also about saying yes.
It's not for you if…
- you have a single pitch coming up in the next few weeks: The Pitch is built for that
- you want accent or pronunciation training: an accent coach will serve you better
- you have no talk planned in the next three months: we learn on real ones
Situations
A conference, a meeting, a mic handed to you unannounced.
We work from your real calendar: every talk planned during the three months becomes a training ground.
Keynote
Keynotes and conferences
Twenty to forty-five minutes, alone on stage. The audience gives you its attention at the start; you have to win it back every five minutes.
What we work on
- A thread people follow without the slides, with stories that re-engage
- The opening and the ending written word for word; the middle mastered without being recited
- Owning the stage: movement, eye contact, gestures, pauses
Your team
In front of your teams
All-hands, difficult announcements, kick-offs. Your team knows you: they hear straight away whether you believe what you say.
What we work on
- Delivering bad news clearly, without sugar-coating it
- Setting a direction people can repeat after you
- Leaving room for questions, and answering without getting defensive
Panel
Panels and interviews
You control neither the questions nor the speaking time. You need to be brief, hold your own among other speakers, and land your message.
What we work on
- Three prepared messages, and short sentences to land them
- Taking the floor without cutting in, and handing it back at the right time
- The moderator's or the journalist's trick questions
Events
Trade shows and client events
Two minutes at a booth, a welcome speech, an improvised presentation: short talks nobody prepares, and that matter.
What we work on
- An introduction of you and your company that fits in thirty seconds
- Ready-made outlines to improvise without rambling
Speeches
Speeches
An opening, an award, a company anniversary, a partner leaving: a text that has to move people without overdoing it.
What we work on
- A speech written for you, that you can read without looking like you're reading
- The right emotion: a true story rather than superlatives
The program

The diagnostic
We look at your talks for the next three months and what you want to change. We check together that The Speaker is the right format.
Month 1
The assessment
We start from a real talk, recorded or recent. I note what serves you and what works against you: pace, eye contact, hands, verbal tics, sentence endings. Then we lay the foundations: breathing, grounding, voice.
You leave withYour written assessment and a preparation routine
Months 1 and 2
Your style
We look for your way of speaking, not a model speaker's: your stories, your phrases, how you open and close. That's your signature writing style, reused in every text.
You leave withYour reusable talk outline
Month 2
The big talk
I write with you a keynote or speech for an upcoming talk, up to 45 minutes. We rehearse it: rhythm, movement, gestures, slide changes, timing.
You leave withYour keynote or speech, ready to deliver
Month 3
In the field
Every talk on your calendar is prepared before and debriefed after, on video when possible. We adjust from one to the next.
You leave withTalks prepared and debriefed
Every week
30 minThe weekly check-in
Prepare the next talk, look back at the last one, clear a block. This rhythm is what makes progress stick.
At the end
On your own
You leave with your routine, your outline and your recordings: everything you need to prepare the next talks yourself.
Adult trainer
A way of teaching that is tested, not improvised.
Since 2021 I've trained adults in oral communication, taking entire cohorts through to a French state certification.
A highly skilled trainer, committed and devoted to his learners, with a captivating way of speaking. With tact and a real ability to listen, he involved every one of us and brought us all to certification level.

Before you book, your speaking questions.
How are the 10 hours spread out?
Around your calendar: more sessions in the first month for the foundations, then around your talks. The 30-minute weekly check-ins come on top of the 10 hours.
What if I have no talk planned during the three months?
We create one: a video to publish, a team meeting to open, a conference to pitch. People learn better with a real deadline, even a small one.
Will you work on my accent?
No, and that's deliberate. What makes a talk land is structure, story, presence and rhythm, and that's what we work on.
Does it work for my industry?
The method is about how to persuade, not about a particular industry. Startups, consulting, manufacturing, nonprofits: we start from your audience and what you need from them.
I'm already comfortable speaking. What would I gain?
Ease isn't always enough to convince: you can speak easily and at length without the audience remembering anything. We work on structure, rhythm and endings, where ease stops being enough.

Getting started
20 minutes to take stock.
The diagnostic is free, with no commitment. You leave with concrete next steps, whether you work with me or not.
If you have a video of a recent talk, send it when you book: I watch it before we talk.
You tell me
Your talks today, the ones coming up, what bothers you.
I respond
What I see, and what we can change in three months.
We decide
The Speaker, a shorter format, or nothing if now isn't the time.
